Our team includes 400+ engineers and project managers, plus operators and technicians on live plants. USP&E staffs each project with the disciplines it needs. USP&E is a full-service EPC and O&M contractor, not a broker.
How Our Team Is Organised
Project teams bring together electrical, mechanical, civil and controls engineers, renewable and thermal specialists, procurement and logistics staff, construction managers and commissioning engineers. After handover, O&M teams of operators and technicians take over, often including people who commissioned the plant.
Each project has a single project manager responsible for scope, cost, schedule and quality, with clear lines to our leadership. You can read about the company’s leadership on the USP&E core leadership page.
Where Our People Work
Our people work from six offices and on project sites across 45+ countries. Teams combine local knowledge with experience from frontier markets, and they work under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified systems.

Colorado Springs (1755 Telstar Dr, Suite 300) is where many renewable and hybrid projects requests are scoped; Knoxville (800 S Gay St, Suite 700) follows them into procurement and field execution. Cape Town (31 Brickfield Road, Woodstock) and Johannesburg (22 Kildoon Rd, Bryanston) contribute site teams that have worked in heat and dust, London (162-168 Regent Street) handles finance-facing work, and Wuxi (No. 1, Ningzhou Road, Wuxi) keeps manufactured components moving.
