Will Gruver, CEO
Will Gruver founded USP&E in 2002, selling and installing diesel and natural gas power generators in the USA. Today, USP&E designs, builds, and operates fuel-efficient and renewable power stations worldwide, with a focus on emerging markets. Will has successfully completed projects in over 15 countries and has ongoing projects in 5 countries. Will was recently selected by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year; he received the Dallas Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award for his dynamic leadership and commitment to the North Texas business community; was recognized by INC Magazine as a top 500 U.S. growth company; and received the Dallas 100 Award for placing 7th out of the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area.
John Gruver
Having maintained a senior role in one of the largest privately held companies in the world and having worked at a large regional commercial construction firm in the USA, John is a specialist in his field. At USP&E, John is responsible for Operations, Finance, and North American project development. He specializes in industrial management with a specific focus on energy & power solutions, power T&D delivery solutions, hybrid power systems, process plant performance optimization, and specialist technical support for integration of designs by Local Engineering Partners (LEP’s).
Johan Helberg
To USP&E, Johan contributes a high level of ownership and competence. He has more than 30 years of expertise working on energy and production facility development projects. Johan works directly with customers to ensure that all expectations are met while providing C-Level leadership in all facets of USP&E’s operations in EMEA, the United States, and Australia. Johan’s main goal is to allocate our team’s resources in a way that reduces our clients’ OPEX at each location. Johan is a vital and important team member for all of these and many other reasons
John Webb
John manages our Global Operations portfolio and is a devoted director with lots of drive. John is an expert at streamlining procedures, reducing inefficiencies, structuring sizable debt/equity transactions, and boosting business efficiency. He has worked in the banking, energy, and chemical industries. He also works to enhance USP&E Global’s and its clients’ success by enhancing operational, technical, financial, and developmental initiatives.
